* Avloclor is used mainly to prevent and consider a malaria.

* Avloclor can be used also to consider a rheumatic arthritis, it is a little illnesses of a skin and illness of the liver caused by microscopic organisms, named protozoa.

* Avloclor prevents malarial parasites who enter into red blood cells of the patient as a result of a sting from the infected mosquito, from multiplication.

* In a rheumatic arthritis, it reduces ignition in a joint which causes a serious pain of illness.

* Avloclor is supplied as tablet which are swallowed.

* For prevention of a malaria it is taken once weekly; start one week prior to an input in the area / country of risk of a malaria, continuation once weekly, while there, and within 4 weeks after departure of the area / country of risk of a malaria.

* For treatment of a malaria it is taken twice in the first day of a somnolence and then once daily within 2 further days.
