Ramace contains a medicine ramipril which belongs to group of medicines named the ACE (the angiotensin transforming enzyme) inhibitors.

Ramace is used to consider a high blood pressure (hypertension), cardiac arrest and heart attack (a heart attack of a myocardium).

Ramipril - the ACE (enzyme transforming by angiotensin) an inhibitor, which blocks manufacture of a hormone (a chemical signal which carry in blood) named angiotensin II.

* Angiotensin chemical which is made by a body which narrows blood vessels and thus supports II (lifts) a blood pressure.

* The ACE is important for formation of angiotensin II. When the ACE is blocked Ramace, angiotensin cannot be transformed into its active form, angiotensin II, and falling of a blood pressure (because of a relaxation and expansion of arteries).

* Downturn of a blood pressure places less pressure in heart and consequently Ramace improves pump efficiency of heart and is used to consider patients with cardiac arrest.

* In some patients who had, heart attack, Ramace helps heart to recover and helps to prevent later complications such as cardiac arrest or weaknesses of an intimate muscle.

Ramace is supplied as a capsule or a tablet.

It is very important to take this medicine so frequently as your doctor has told to you even if you do not feel like patients. It - because heart and problems of a blood pressure if not considered, can become progressive worse.
